PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate cumbersome clearance management between a partition member and end surface of a cylinder.SOLUTION: A seal ring 32 is interposed between a first cylinder 28 forming a first suction/discharge mechanism part and a second cylinder 30 forming a second suction/discharge mechanism part. The seal ring 32 partitions a space S into a first back pressure chamber S1 and second back pressure chamber S2. The first back pressure chamber S1 communicates to a shaft inner passage 27 in a crank shaft 24. The second back pressure chamber S2 communicates to a motor chamber 45 through a back pressure groove 285. Pressures in the first back pressure chamber S1 and second back pressure chamber S2 respectively bring the first cylinder 28 and second cylinder 30 into press contact with a first partition plate 33 and second partition plate 34.
