PURPOSE: A roaster is provided to enable a user to clean the roaster by instantly checking the contamination around a packing exposed through a gap between a lower horizontal contact surface and a bottom horizontal contact surface. CONSTITUTION: A roaster includes a first fan(10), a second fan(20), and a packing(30). An upper horizontal contact surface(11), a middle vertical section(12), and a lower horizontal contact surface(13) are continuously formed along the sidewall of the first fan. A horizontal groove(12a) horizontally passes through the middle vertical section and is horizontally formed on the lower horizontal contact surface. A top horizontal contact surface(21), a middle vertical section(22), and a bottom horizontal contact surface(23) are continuously formed along the sidewall of the second fan. The bottom horizontal contact surface is spaced from the lower horizontal contact surface to maintain a gap for opening the horizontal groove to the outside. A packing is inserted into the horizontal groove and is received in the lower horizontal contact surface. The packing is exposed to the gap. |
