PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a large-sized conductive plate of a low cost, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a conductive plate includes a step of supplying a conductive membrane for which a tension treatment is conducted at least once, a step of supplying a substrate 100, and a step of coating the conductive membrane 200 on the substrate. The conductive membrane has a plurality of nanounit beams. In each of the nanounit beam, each end of the plurality of nanounit beams is formed in contact with each other. Moreover, the plurality of the nanounit beam are aligned in a predetermined direction to form a predetermined alignment orientation. |
