PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fence and a coating liquid for the fence capable of achieving high photocatalytic decomposition activity even when coating an enamel coated face and a clear coated face with thickness of above 2 μm to prevent these coated faces from being deteriorated.SOLUTION: This fence is provided with a photocatalytic layer on a surface of a basic material, and the photocatalytic layer is formed by applying the photocatalytic coating liquid on it and then drying it. The photocatalytic coating liquid includes photocatalytic metal oxide particles, hardening silicone emulsion, surface active agent, and water. The photocatalytic metal oxide particle is partially covered or denatured by a substance having hydrophobic group, and the surface active agent is nonionic surface active agent. |
