PURPOSE: A sliding apparatus and terminal having the same are provided to improve the durability against a side direction force by forming a torsion spring with a rolled wire member. CONSTITUTION: A first plate(30) of a first sliding unit(20) is installed in a first main body(2). One end of the torsion spring(40) of a first sliding unit is formed as a free end. A second plate(70) of a second sliding unit(60) is installed in a secondary body(3). A driving plate(80) of the second sliding unit is installed in the second plate. In order to selectively pressing a torsion spring, a guide surface(90) interferes the free end of the torsion spring.
