PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a session management device that can continue application operations after application processing suspension even if a restarting terminal type is different from a suspended one. SOLUTION: A common action check part checks whether an action operated by an execution engine is a common action, and stores a detected common action in a common action storage part. A state transition diagram selection part selects a state transition diagram depending on an input terminal type from a state transition diagram storage part. A restart processing part specifies a start state on a restart state transition diagram after application processing suspension according to the information in the common action storage part.
