<p>The method involves identifying a terminal e.g. computer or TV set, which allows a user (102) to access internet, and recording user behavior at the internet. The user behavior at the internet is analyzed, and the user is assigned to a microcell (103). Messages are selected based on the user behavior and according to the association to the microcell. The recording and analyzing of the user behavior are continuously performed to dynamically enhance data over the user. The microcell is dynamically changed, and the terminal is identified with a user identification.</p> |
