The guide/blocking element includes a blocking part arranged in continuity with the sliding section and oriented in a direction substantially perpendicular to the direction of traction and corresponding to the blocking direction. Advantageously, the median plane of the sliding part and the blocking part is substantially coplanar with the plane of lacing, and the blocking section includes teeth that are inclined along a direction that is substantially perpendicular to the blocking direction.
