PURPOSE: An image display device is provided to achieve improved heat radiation characteristics of the driving circuit board, while reducing noises and electromagnetic interference generated from the driving circuit board. CONSTITUTION: An image display device comprises a chassis base(4); a plasma display panel(2) mounted on a surface of the chassis base; a plurality of driving circuit boards(8) mounted on the other surface of the chassis base; a shield member(6) having a main body mounted on the driving circuit board so as to reduce noises and electromagnetic interference of the driving circuit board, a pair of horizontal apertures disposed along the longer side direction of the chassis base, and a pair of vertical apertures disposed along the shorter side direction of the chassis base; a front cabinet(10) disposed in front of the plasma display panel; and a back cover(12) disposed in rear of the chassis base and assembled integrally with the front cabinet together with the chassis base. |
