SURFACE-TREATING COMPOSITION AND RUBBER SURFACE-TREATING METHOD, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF RELIEF VALVE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide (1) a surface-treating composition capable of sufficiently and stably imparting non-stickiness and other properties to the rubber surface and (2) a manufacturing method of a low-pressure relief valve suffering from no large deviation of the working pressure from the set pressure (the working pressure before left) even after left in a closed state for long hours. SOLUTION: The surface-treating composition comprises a tetraalkoxysilane, a tetraalkoxytitanium, a silane coupling agent and a solvent. The manufacturing method of the low-pressure relief valve having a valve body equipped with an O ring touching and parting from the valve seat comprises a step for coating the O ring with the surface-treating composition and heating the coating film of the composition to surface-treat the O ring and a step for attaching the surface-treated O ring as a constituting part of the valve body.
