PURPOSE: A producing method of constipation preventing diet health food is provided to prevent modern disease and adult chronic disease by using a seaweed extract and brown rice powder. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of constipation preventing diet health food comprises the following steps; dipping 15kg of hizikia fusiformis, and 7kg of pueraria lobata to 30l of cork silk boiled water(10); producing an extract of tangle weed, brown-seaweed, and the hizikia fusiformis(20); crushing brown rice, puerariae radix, perilla frutescens, and plantago asiatica(30); kneading the obtained powder with the cork silk boiled water, and the seaweeds extract, and adding other ingredients to make a paste(40); hot air drying the paste(50); producing pills with the dried paste(60); and coating the pills with caramel(70).
