A continuous biogas subsurface generator contains body (3), meant for its filling to certain level by biomass, made in a form of cylindrical pipe with end shoe (5) on its low end, which is mainly placed in well and deepened in the ground in such a way that its lower part, in which active zone (6) of bioreactor is fixed, placed with heat contact in the layer of rock, having raised temperature within 30-35C, favorable for conversion of biomass to biogas. The loading system of bioreactor has inlet tank (1) for biomass, joined with the upper end of the pipe (2) for the supply of biomass to the bioreactor, passing inside the body (3) of bioreactor in such a way, that its lower end is placed in the zone of the mentioned end shoe (5). The unloading system of bioreactor comprises pipe (9) for the outlet of the last bioslurry, joined to the upper part of the bioreactor below the bioslurry level. Pipe (10) for the outlet of biogas is joined to the upper part of the body (3) of bioreactor above the level of bioslurry. The loading and unloading systems of bioreactor and its body are made flow system, meant for continuous gravity movement of biomass and bioslurry under the action of differential pressure, made by gravitational force and gas lift lifting force of biogas bubbles in tube space of the bioreactor body. |
