PURPOSE: A safety buoy is provided to maintain the buoyancy of a damaged buoy by using an additional buoyancy maintaining unit. CONSTITUTION: A safety buoy(10) is composed as follows. The inner surface(11) of the safety buoy is filled with air. An anchor is fixed using a chain(30) formed in the bottom of the safety buoy. The inner space of the buoy is divided into two internal spaces. Air inlets(21) are formed in each internal space. A buyancy body is inserted into the inner space of the buoy. A buoyancy tube is fixed to the outer surface of the buoy.
