PURPOSE: A horizontal beam for supporting traffic lights is provided to enable the length of a horizontal beam to be freely adjusted and to the installation or the replacing of the horizontal beam to be easily performed since the horizontal beam for supporting traffic lights is formed by the connecting of two or more pipes. CONSTITUTION: A horizontal beam(100) for supporting traffic lights is as follows. A main pipe(110) and a secondary pipe(120) are coupled by a connector(130). A first bolt groove, a second bolt groove and a third bolt groove have the same center and they are connected by a fixing bolt(160).
