PURPOSE: A switching device including thermal balancing equipment is provided to prevent the generation of hot spot by improving the temperature distribution of the device using heat pipe arrays. CONSTITUTION: A first conductive part(7) and a second conductive part(8) are arranged in a housing which is filled with an insulating media. A thermal connector connects the first region(7.1) and the second region(7.2) of the first conductive part. The second part is spaced apart from the first region. The thermal connector is composed of at least one heat pipe arrays(18, 28). The first region(8.1) of the second conductor part is in connection with the second region(8.2) of the second conductive part.
