PURPOSE: A microfluidic device for measuring glucosylated hemoglobin value is provided to check blood glucose of a patient with diabetes and to prevent complication. CONSTITUTION: A microfluidic device comprises: an inlet(10) for injecting blood; a reagent chamber(20) having a hemolysis reagent; a hemolysis chamber(30) which is connected to the inlet and reagent chamber and lyzes blood; a hemoglobinometry chamber(60) which is connected to the hemolysis chamber and is a space for measuring blood hemoglobin; and a glucosylated hemoglobin measuring chamber(50) which is connected to the hemolysis chamber.
