PURPOSE: A torque angle sensor and an electronic steering apparatus having the same are provided to prevent the parts in the torque angle sensor from becoming damaged and malfunctioned since when the torque angle sensor is assembled to adjacent parts, circumferential and axial clearances are removed and the movement due to shock is absorbed. CONSTITUTION: A torque angle sensor comprises an upper case(210), a rotor(220), a lower case(240) and a middle case(230). An input shaft(250) and an output shaft(280) are coupled through the central part of the upper case. A sensor housing(260) is coupled to the upper part of the upper case. The rotor comprises a large diameter part, a small diameter part and a stepped part. The large diameter part is formed in the upper case. The magnetic field is formed on the large diameter part. The small diameter part is formed from the large diameter part with a reduced diameter. The stepped part connects the large diameter part to the small diameter part. The rotor is combined with the outer circumferential surface of the output shaft.
