An apparatus for inspecting electronic components is provided to improve reliability and accuracy by supplying vacuum pressure to fix the electronic components and accurately measuring electronic components when arranging the components. An apparatus for inspecting electronic components includes a circular disc(20), a vacuum apparatus(10), and a guiding apparatus(40). The circular disc transmits the electronic components to a position for photographing by laminating and rotating the electronic components, and has a plurality of zigzag shaped minute holes for installing the electronic components along an inner circumference by using vacuum pressure. The vacuum apparatus supplies the vacuum pressure to the minute holes of the disc. The guiding apparatus arranges the electronic components installed in the disc.
