PURPOSE: An opening of a hole for easily one additive same for minimizing opening and closing part is provided to mix the additive with the drink by dropping the additive by opening the additive. CONSTITUTION: An additive accommodating part includes an accommodating part(21), a flange(22), a lower accommodating part(23), and an outflow hole(24). The opening and closing part are into one body formed with the stopper upper side. If the bottle cap is opened, the opening and closing part opens a hole. As the filled additive of the additive receiving part is dropped, the additive is mixed in the drink of the inside of disease.
