PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vertical shaft horn type wind power generator having high self-traveling rotational thrust for particularly installing a blade of a rotary body in a horn type of vertical two pieces or vertical three pieces, in a vertical shaft wind power generator using a vertical shaft wind turbine.SOLUTION: This vertical shaft horn type wind power generator is characterized by having a vertically long horn type vertical blade for forming a projection above and below the inside, a rotary body installed on the horn type vertical blade via a support arm and having a generator inside, and a control device for rotating the rotary body by lift imparted to the horn type vertical blade and supplying electric power generated by the generator to a load.
