PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of electret fine particles, which enables easy and efficient production of the fine particles without requiring the conventional pulverization and screening process.SOLUTION: The method of producing electret fine particles comprises emulsifying a fluorine-containing compound in the liquid phase under atmospheric or elevated pressure in a liquid incompatible with the fluorine-containing compound, to obtain emulsified particles, and irradiating the emulsified particles with an electron ray or a radial ray.
