PURPOSE: A waterproof agent is provided to ensure high insulation effect, excellent ductility, and improved adhesion to constructional base materials such as cement concrete and to prevent cracks caused by the difference of shrinkage ratio and elongation ratio. CONSTITUTION: A waterproof agent is obtained by blending an aqueous pitch, natural rubber latex, water, silicon, cyanacrylate-based adhesive, water-soluble butyl rubber-based emulsion, antifoaming agent, and aqueous soft oil in a volume ratio of 1 : 0.1 : 0.8 : 0.002 : 0.0001 : 1 : 0.025 : 0.028. The aqueous pitch with water-proofing effect and strong adhesion is obtained by mixing a water repellent agent, waterproof agent and adhesive.
