PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CXCR4 ligand as a stronger antagonist to CXCR4, a method of synthesizing the same, a probe for detecting cancer cells comprising the CXCR4 ligand, and a cancer metastasis inhibitor having the CXCR4 as an active ingredient.SOLUTION: The polyvalent CXCR4 ligand which recognizes a CXCR4 multimer is synthesized by a step of synthesizing a monovalent CXCR4 ligand derivative in which a bonding site for bonding a plurality of monovalent CXCR4 ligands through a template compound is introduced to a monovalent CXCR4 ligand, a step of synthesizing the template compound having a plurality of equivalent linker structures, and a step of bonding the template compound to the monovalent CXCR4 linker derivative to synthesize a polyvalent CXCR4 ligand to which the monovalent CXCR4 ligand derivative is bonded through the template compound. This polyvalent CXCR4 ligand has strong antagonistic activity and provides a high sensitivity probe for detecting cancer cells and a cancer metastasis inhibitor which can strongly inhibit cancer metastasis. |
