PURPOSE: A safety bed for medical use is provided, which prevents safety accident and facilitates assembly, installation and carrying of a bed. CONSTITUTION: A safety bed for medical use comprises: a bed base(100); a mat(200) which is installed in order to be supported through a supporting frame connected to the upper one side of the bed base by hinge; a supporting plate(250) for supporting the mat, which is connected to the upper part of the supporting frame; a first bracket(273) of an arch shape; a second bracket(275) of an in-line shape; and an ascending and descending member.
