PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage work forces in work steps.SOLUTION: A remote office terminal 1 for managing steps includes: an image data storage section 154 wherein images relating to each step are stored; an image analysis processing section 102, which specifies a current step order on the basis of images acquired from a work site camera 4 installed in a work site and images relating to respective steps, which are stored in an image data storage section 154; a work progress rate calculation processing section 104, which calculates the progress rate of steps on the basis of the specified current step order; a work force adequacy determination processing section 105, which determines the need for increase/reduction in work force, on the basis of the calculated work progress rate; and a worker relocation processing section 106, which calculates the number of workers to be increased/reduced, on the basis of the current work force and the progress rate when the determination result shows the necessity of increase/reduction in work force. |
