PURPOSE: An antenna module and a manufacturing method thereof is provided to prevent a base module from floating by forming a cover module while maintain the gap in one exposure exterior of the base module. CONSTITUTION: An antenna radiator(100) is manufactured by cutting and bending conductive metal radiator having a gourd terminal therein. The antenna radiator is combined with the base module(200) through junction, fastening, seating, attach and insert. The base module is inserted into a cover molding. The cover module(300) is injection-molded to the exposure exterior of the antenna radiator. The cover module is injection-molded through a cover maintaining gab unit.
