PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect a rotational blurring amount likely to occur even in an image from which blurring in a pitch direction or blurring in a yaw direction is canceled.SOLUTION: When image data, from which blurring in a pitch direction or blurring in a yaw direction is canceled, are stored in an image storage section 113, a rotation center calculation section 114 detects a plurality of blurred lines, in an image, along with a circumference caused by rotational blurring, determines a straight line of perpendicular bisector of each calculated blurred line, and determines a rotation center position of rotational blurring from an intersection position of the straight lines. A rotating angle calculation section 115 determines an angle connecting the determined rotation center position and both end points of each blurred line thereafter and determines a rotating angle caused by rotational blurring from the distribution of the angle. |
