PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for cooling a hot-rolled steel sheet capable of uniformly cooling the hot-rolled steel sheet, a method for controlling the operation of the cooling device, a device for manufacturing a hot-rolled steel sheet, and a method for manufacturing a hot-rolled steel sheet.SOLUTION: The device for cooling a hot-rolled steel sheet is arranged between a final stand 11g in a line of hot-finishing rolling mills and a thermometer set on the downstream side from the final stand, and includes headers 21, 22 having a plurality of flat spray nozzles for jetting cooling water to a steel sheet 1 being conveyed on a pass line, wherein the headers are composed movably upward and downward. The method for controlling the operation of the cooling device controls the operation of the headers based on the result of measuring the temperature of the steel sheet by the thermometer set on the downstream side from the cooling device. The device for manufacturing a hot-rolled steel sheet is provided with the device for cooling a hot-rolled steel sheet. The method for manufacturing a hot-rolled steel sheet includes a step of treating a steel sheet by using the device for manufacturing a hot-rolled steel sheet. |
