PURPOSE: A device and a classifying repair device are provided to improve inspection quality by turning on and off a proximity sensor. CONSTITUTION: A large scale glass panel is sensed by turning on and off three proximity sensor from an alignment part. A servo motor is controlled by a PLC. A glass is transferred to an inspection region after the glass panel is aligned. The glass is scanned when the FOW(Filed Of View) of a line scan camera and the glass are fitted in the inspection region. |
