<p>The propeller has a propeller hub (2), which is connected to a drive shaft and comprises propeller blades (3), a front edge (7), a propeller blade trailing edge (5) and a propeller blade tip. The propeller blades are attached to the propeller hub. An efflux slot (6) is provided in a transition area between the propeller blades and propeller hub and originates at the propeller blade trailing edge. The efflux slot is dimensioned in such a manner that an air boundary layer is allowed to flow off.</p> |
