PURPOSE: An incubator for spawn of blue crab is provided, which is capable of incubating blue crab in a desired time. CONSTITUTION: An incubator for spawn of blue crab comprises: a container(12) in which a cylindrical neck part(13) is formed in the top and which is comprised of a body having an internal space of the fixed volume; a water supplying pipe(18) in which water is provided from the upper end of the neck part of the container; and an exhaust pipe(22) which is integrally formed in the side of the neck part of the container and through which water is exhausted.
