PURPOSE: A seat plate of a chair is provided, which can move a moving plate forward and backward in a fixed plate under the load condition. CONSTITUTION: A seat plate of a chair comprises: a plastic grill moving plate(100) which is assembled with a fixed plate; a groove type rail(110a) connected to the fixed plate; a movement slider(110) inside the rail; a movement clip(111) fixing a moving plate; a plastic fixed plate(200) which assembles a top sliding track with the rail of the moving plate; a sliding track which is inserted to be slid in the rail; a guide rib(211) which is inserted into the slide clip and is supported; and a locker fixing the moving plate in a plurality of movement points.
