PURPOSE: A water treatment apparatus is provided to minimize the pollution by cleaning water by reducing the usage amount of the cleaning water and increasing the cleaning time of a separator. CONSTITUTION: A water treatment apparatus formed with an anoxic chamber(110), an anaerobic tank(120), and an aeration tank(130) includes the following: a film separator tank(140) including a sludge receiving unit for precipitating sludge of sewage; a sludge discharging unit discharging the sludge inside the sludge receiving unit to the outside; a film separator unit(150) including a sludge separation film, installed inside the film separator tank; a supersonic wave cleaning unit(160) cleaning the sludge attached to the sludge separation film; a nitric oxide transporter(180); and a sludge suction unit(185).
