PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle battery assembly cooling structure effevtively cooling a rearward portion of a battery assembly, and a battery assembly with a water jacket.SOLUTION: A rear water jacket 20R is mounted on a rear side surface 12r of a battery cover 12 of a battery assembly 100. In this constitution, even when the traveling air is hardly turned around behind the battery assembly 100, a rearward portion of the battery assembly 100 can be effectively cooled by the rear water jacket 20R.
