PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor device for further improving noise-proof properties than before.SOLUTION: The sensor device 1 includes: a sensor part; and an input terminal board 23 and an output terminal board 25 connected to the sensor part. In the sensor device 1, a divided part 23c or 25c is provided at one of the input terminal board 23 and the output terminal board 25, and the divided part 23c or 25c is connected by a circuit component (a coil 28 or a resistor). A grounded capacitor 29 is connected in parallel with the terminal board 23 or 25 including the divided part, thus forming a noise filter comprising an LC circuit or an RC circuit in transmission paths of input and output signals and hence reducing high-frequency noise mixed into the input and output signals. |
