PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a letterpress printing original plate for laser engraving capable of manufacturing a printing original plate excellent in laser engraving performance and in printability, and a printing plate obtained from such a letterpress printing original plate for laser engraving.SOLUTION: The letterpress printing original plate for laser engraving is used for forming a printing plate in which an image is formed by irradiating a laser beam after a photosensitive resin composition layer obtained from a photosensitive resin letterpress composition that contains at least a copolyamide, an ethylenic unsaturated monomer and a photopolymerization initiator is cured by ultra-violet ray radiation. In this case, the copolyamide contains 55-65 wt.% of 6-nylon and/or 66-nylon in the copolyamide and 35-45 wt.% of a polyethylene glycol component having an average number molecular weight of 400-800. |
