PURPOSE: An apparatus for supplying covers to wire-rod coil is provided to prevent accidents due to manual work by automatically putting covers on wire-rods without manual works. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus(1) for supplying covers to wire-rod coil comprises a moving body(30), an elevation body(50), and a cover clamping unit(70). The moving body moves between material and a cover(20). The elevation body is provided in the moving body to be elevated. The clamping unit clamps the cover on the elevation body. The moving body moves horizontally through a horizontal drive unit connected along a rail member(34).
