PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-based one-pack coating composition which can well adhere and form a coating film excellent in scratch resistance and in inhibition of abnormal noises (creaking noises) generated by contact with the surface of the coating film and giving a soft good hand to a wide range of materials by one coating method, and does not cause environmental problems.SOLUTION: There is provided the water-based one-pack coating composition comprising a polyurethane dispersion (a), a chlorinated polypropylene dispersion (b), an acrylic resin emulsion (c), polyurethane-based resin beads (d) and a wax (e). The polyurethane-based resin beads (d) preferably comprise polyurethane resin beads and polyurethane acrylic resin beads.
