PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a high speed for a reading operation in the data conversion function of an output circuit that converts parallel data into serial data and outputs the data to the outside.SOLUTION: In an output circuit (6) that converts read parallel data into serial data to output the data, among a plurality of serially connected storage circuits operated in synchronization with clock signals for data conversion, a first storage circuit constitutes a storage stage by one latch (33 and 24, 34 and 24), and other storage circuits constitute storage stages by master and slave latches (30, 31, and 32). The data-through period of the first storage circuit only needs to have timing that overlaps one of the input and the storage period of the storage circuit of the previous stage or the next stage. Overlapping of both clock phases is permitted by expecting a phase change caused by jitters of both clock signals. Thus, the output operation timing of the output circuit is advanced. |
