PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Nd-Fe-B magnet that has a high coercive force while being reduced in an amount of a heavy rare earth to be added and can be formed by a heat treatment at ≤700°C, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: The Nd-Fe-B magnet 4 includes crystal grains 7, each composed of a main phase 5 formed of NdFeB and a grain boundary layer 6 formed of MFeB (M is a heavy rare earth element such as Dy or Tb).
