PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a genetically engineered re-directed immune cells and the cellular immunotherapy of B-cell-mediated autoimmune diseases.SOLUTION: This genetically engineered CD19-specific re-directed immune cells expressing a cell surface protein having an extracellular domain comprising a CD19-specific receptor, an intracellular signaling domain and a membrane-penetrating domain, the use of such the cells for the cellular immunotherapy of CD19malignant diseases and for abrogating untoward B-cell functions, and a method for preparing the re-directed T-cells expressing a chimera T-cell receptor by the electroporation using naked DNA encoding the receptor are provided.
