PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a man conveyor control device which eases a crowded condition that occurs daily by handling in advance a crowd of users.SOLUTION: The man conveyor control device includes: a crowd detector disposed in the vicinity of the entrance of the man conveyor, and detecting the crowded condition of the users at the entrance; a storage device storing the operating speeds of the man conveyor for each of a plurality of previously divided time periods; and a speed changing means for changing the operating speeds of the man conveyor stored in the storage device for each of the plurality of time periods, based on the crowded conditions of the users detected by the crowd detector for each of the plurality of time periods. |
