PURPOSE: A multilayered film and an adhesive tape are provided to be adaptable for a desired exterior by including a thin surface layer containing polyethylene and propylene based copolymer. CONSTITUTION: A multilayered film(10) includes a base layer(1) and a surface layer(2). The base layer contains a thermoplastic resin. The arithmetic average surface roughness Ra of the surface layer is between 0.5 and 2.0um. The haze value of the multilayered film is between 13.5 and 80%. The thickness of the surface layer is between 2 and 10um. The surface contains polyethylene and propylene based copolymer.
