SPAGHETTI NOODLE PACKED WITH RETORT AND METHOD FOR PREPARING THE SAME

摘要

PURPOSE: A producing method of retortable package spaghetti is provided to maximize the growth inhibition of microorganisms, and to eat the spaghetti by simply heating with a microwave oven. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of retortable package spaghetti comprises the following: boiling dried spaghetti noodles inside a cooking machine at 90~100deg C for 5~10minutes; cooling the spaghetti noodles for 10~90seconds at 5~20deg C; spraying cooking oil on the surface of the cooled spaghetti noodles; filling the spaghetti noodles inside a retort pouch; and multi-stage retort sterilizing the retort pouch.
