PURPOSE: A waste removing apparatus of a vessel is provided to prevent external suspended materials, such as garbage and jellyfishes, from being infiltrated to the interior of the vessel. CONSTITUTION: A waste removing apparatus(10) of a vessel comprises a main body, a rotating filter(101), a cleaning nozzle, and a screw conveyor(201). A seawater inlet is formed in the front side of the main body. A foreign material outlet is formed on the rear side of the main body in order to discharge foreign materials included in the seawater. A seawater outlet port is formed on a lateral side of the main body in order to discharge the seawater from which foreign materials are removed. The rotating filter is located in the main body to filter the seawater and discharge the filtered seawater to the seawater outlet port. The cleaning nozzle is located on a lateral side of the main body and supplies cleaning liquid to the rotating filter. The screw conveyor is located on the rear side in the main body and transfers foreign materials included in seawater to the foreign material outlet.
