<p>The method involves producing a sample (7) of a malpositioned arch, and forming a model (11) of a normal occlusion arch. A unitary and unique splint (2) is thermoformed from a synthetic sheet (3), and is placed in mouth of a patient. The sample is fused, by superimposition, with the model for forming a simulation pattern (18). A thermoforming volume (20) of an insertion cavity (21) integrated to the pattern is delimited. A thrust producing structure (23) is formed and arranged opposite a main plane of the volume. The pattern is interfered by thermoforming of the splint.</p> |
