PURPOSE: A multi-joint chain is provided to minimize an installation area since a sprocket can be installed in a horizontal direction. CONSTITUTION: A multi-joint chain(10) comprises a first link plate(100), a guide roller(200) and a second link plate(400). Two first link plates are arranged side by side in a longitudinal direction. The guide roller is coupled to both ends of a roller pin, which penetrates the pin holes(110,130) of the first link plate. The first link plate comprises a first through-hole(310), which can be coupled to pin holes, which are formed on both ends. A second through-hole(330) is formed on the second link plate in a orthogonal direction to the first through-hole. The second link plate is symmetrically pin-coupled to both ends of the first link plate.
