The device (1) has a metal frame (2) provided with a rear wall (3) and two side walls (4, 5) and formed by superposition of two metal flanks (6, 7) for defining the corresponding walls. The flanks have male and female assembling borders (62, 72) assembled partially along respective junction edges (61, 71). The borders allow relative self-positioning of the flanks during superposition of the flanks such that the corresponding walls are coplanar and each border has an inverse V-shaped section. The flanks are folded manually along respective fold lines (8) formed by perforations.
