PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently defat and reduce salt in a heated object with superheated steam; and to roast the heated object without damping or impairing the taste.SOLUTION: The cooker includes: upper and lower heaters 27a and 27b disposed within a cooking compartment 26; a grill 33; a receiving tray 31 mounting the grill 33; an air intake 43 opened at a lower part on the front side of the cooking compartment 26; and an exhaust outlet 29 opened at an upper part in the rear of the cooking compartment 26. A horizontal heating portion 27b-1 is disposed along the lateral direction of the grill 33 on the front surface of the lower heater 27b close to the rear side of a door 32 opening/closing a front opening of the cooking compartment 26. A tank support member 33d extending to the back side of the door 32 is fixed to a front side wire of the grill 33, and a horizontal steam tank 41 is removably disposed close to the horizontal heating portion 27b-1 above the tank support member 33d. An upper opening of the steam tank 41 is covered by a tank lid 42, and steam outlets 42b are disposed in the upper surface of the tank lid 42. |
