A motor drive control device is provided with: a detected angle acquisition unit (27) which acquires an angle detected by a resolver (44); a correction information storage unit (25) which, using the ratio of the effective value of a fundamental wave component of alternating-current voltage to system voltage as the modulation ratio, associates and stores correction information for correcting the detected angle and the modulation ratio; and a detected angle correction unit (28) which acquires the correction information from the correction information storage unit (25) on the basis of the modulation ratio at a point in time when the detected angle acquisition unit (27) acquires the detected angle, and corrects the detected angle on the basis of the correction information.
